Waiting Warrior is a YouTube channel focusing on the art direction of the game Magic: the Gathering. Its signature playlist: a series of videos titled “Back to Basics” is an art analysis and crowdsourced video series designed to direct attention away from the game of Magic the Gathering and focus on more artistic ways of expressing ones self in the game through signature art styles. The content ideas were generated from organic traffic and dedicated subscribers and within 3 months, 600 subscribers were attained.
